we will be showing the property. Here are the menu selections while listening to a property
listing in our phone system:
- Takes you to our Master Open House Schedule.
- Starts the recording over for that listings (replay).
- Takes you back to our Main Menu so you can access other listings and hear other options.
- Takes you to a message mail box for the property manager of the listing. Here you can leave a message
to ask questions and request a specific showing time if you have been preapproved.
How to See a Property For Rent
Vacancies that are ready to move in are shown 2-3 times per week on an open house schedule. You can see the
current schedule here: http://www.homepointe.com/schedule_list.asp .
The schedule is printed up to four days in advance, but may change up to the day of the showing (the property may
rent before the showing and in that case it will not be shown). Make sure you check the schedule on the day
of the showing to be certain that the property will be shown. Our leasing agent will have applications and
vacancy lists with them, but they do not negotiate anything at the showing. We normally show for about 10
minutes unless otherwise stated, so make sure you are on time.
Some property is not shown on the Open House Schedule. The reasons may be that the property is not yet
vacant or is not ready to show. In that case, you should consider Pre Applying for the property which
will give you priority in seeing it. Once Pre Approved, you will be contacted by the property manager
to set up an appointment to see the property. Your Pre Approved application is good for any property
you qualify for and for 60 days from the day you are approved.
Due the high volume of calls we receive, it is not practical to return all calls. If you need to talk
to someone, it is best to come to one of our showings to discuss your situation with our leasing agent.
If you would prefer, you can email your question to rentals@homepointe.com.
